Delete your save data for the game. Start the game up. before the game reaches the title screen (or wherever it starts trying to connect to the internet) disconnect from the network and disable your internet connection on the console itself. **. If you turn your internet back on whilst playing the game will crash but otherwise, you’re good to go.
I was happily working on my new C.A.M.P. when my PS5 green screened, and shut down! I had to manually restart the machine, and when it booted, it went into recovery mode. I did try playing other games, and they worked fine, with no issues. After several times of this happening, I deleted FO76, and reinstalled it.
Hold down the power button until the white light stops flashing. Disconnect the power cable, then wait 20 minutes or longer. This ensures that any lingering electricity will drain. Reconnect power
I have owned a lot of consoles in my life but none of them managed to crash quite as unrecoverable and badly as the PS5. Game crashes just seem to be able to do drag down the OS/Firmware to a point where the entire thing falls apart. Interestingly this has been going on since release and Sony doesn't seem to be able to fix it.

So don't clear it unless you've noticed a drop in performance, or strange crashes. If that's the case, you'll want to make sure that your PS5 is fully switched off. Now hold the power button down until you hear two beeps – hence: the "beep beep" trick. Your PS5 will then be switched on in Safe Mode.

PS5 disc installed on internal (obvi) - Miles Morales - same issue from full off. Then did a restart AND a wake from Rest Mode test w the Ps4 disc - both had NO problem reading the disc. Only from full power off. QUICK UPDATE EDIT: tested ps4 disc w system sideways (I've had it vertical this whole time). nwG1k0.
