I have not been here in a while but I need help, please. I have a 2006 F150 Lariat Ext Cab and my interior lights don’t always come on when the door is opened and also I noticed that my lock button doesn’t work. The truck will lock once I get into driving as it normally does. I checked the fuse and they all look good.

Spray your door latches with WD-40, this is a common issue and the WD-40 will take care of it. Don't forget to spray your rear hatch and window latches also. The switches for your lights are in the latches and over time can get gummed up, the WD-40 cleans them up. That fixed it - thanks!
